In accordance with the Agreement on common principles and rules of technical regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation of November 18, 2010, the Customs Union (Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia) established EAC certification (TR-CU certificate), intending to develop the common standards and regulation for the product safety in the CU territories.
The certificate of the CU (TR Certificate) allows the distribution of goods within the CU without restriction. The Customs of the CU countries recognized the TR Certificate since February 15th, 2013. The old certificate GOST-R, GOST-K and GOST-B of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus were invalid as from March 15th, 2015.
