GQI was invited to participate in the 26th Certification Management Committee (CMC) Plenary Meeting of theIEC System for Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components(IECEE) in Milwaukee, U.S.A. Chairman of the CMC, officials of the IECEE Secretariat, and more than 100 representatives of Member Bodies (MBs) and National Certification Bodies (NCBs) fromover 20 countries and regions around theworld participated in the meeting.

Guangdong Quality Testing CTC certification Co.,Ltd(GDCTC)has been actively involved in multilateral international conformity assessment activities since November 2020, when it wasaccepted by IECEE as the third National Certification Body (NCB) in Mainland China. In addition to actively participating in the discussion and revision of IECEE rules, voting on important CMC resolutions and other agenda activities, representatives of our institute alsomet with CMC Chairman andofficials from IECEE Secretary General.

During the meeting, ourdelgate also had in-depth communication with the counterpartsfrom IMQ of Italy, VDE of Germany, JQA and JET of Japan, LABTEST of the United States, KTC and KTL of South Korea, Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), and the national member organizations of the United Arab Emirates, and reached the intention of further strengthening cooperation.
