On April 11, Mr. Douglas Leite, a senior audit expert from Brazil, visited GQI. Mr. Tang Suiping, deputy general manager of Guangdong Research Institute of Testing Inspection and Certification Group (CTIG), along with heads of relevant department of GQI participated in the meeting.

Mr. Tang Suiping extended a warm welcome to Mr. Douglas Leite. He stressed that GQI has paid great attention to the development of international business of certification, testing and inspection. He also expressed gratitude to Mr. Douglas’ contribution to Sino-Brazilian cooperation in the field of international certification. He added that China and Brazil are among important members of the BRICS, and China has been Brazil's largest trading partner for years in a row. GQI will continue to boost exchange and bilateral cooperation in international business of certification, testing and inspection, providing support for the high-quality development of Sino-Brazilian trade.

Mr. Douglas highly appreciated the development of GQI’s international business in certification, testing and inspection, expressing his gratitude for the support and services provided by GQI. He stated that in recent years, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Brazil has strengthening increasingly. His visit to GQI aims to enhance exchange and contact with GQI, jointly deepen cooperation in international certification, testing and inspection business, and provide better services for Chinese enterprises and Brazilian consumers.
